[Problem] Background color and strange characters

Q1:
How can i change the background color of document? (Not
web view)
I want to print it out too.

Q2:
I use a PC with OfficeXP to do a document, but i use other
PC with Office2000 to do the document again. After i
finished, i reopen in both PC, the words in both PC
become "" characters. (Both PC's windows & office are
chinese version)
How can i read the document again with normal words?
