I'm a newbie to BCM. When I open Word and use Mail Merge, it allows me to
select Outlook Contacts. Then whammy, it all shuts down. Word disappears.
Am I missing a setup or something? I have some 3000 contacts in BCM. Word
and Mail Merge worked before installing BCM 2007.
Frustrating. Thanks for any advice...
