Problem checking mail with Outlook 2003 and Onenote 2007

Hi

I have installed Outlook 2003 and Onenote 2007.
I have a problem every time I check mail in Outlook.
In fact for every e-mail message I dowload, it pops up a windows
saying that the system is installing a Onenote component.
Consider I use the italian versions of the programs so all the
messages are in italian.
This occurrence delays significatly the download process because the
same windows appears every time that a message is download.
Any idea how to sort out the problem.

The translation of the message I receive is:

"Wait: Microsoft Office Onenote configuration running"

Sometime it asks for a reboot of the system.

Any idea?
