Problem connecting to the data base engine

Hi out there,

Does anyone know how I can fix the problem? For one user, the Business
Contact Manager works fine, but when I open Outlook for another user, I get
an error message "Problem connecting to the data base engine" and Business
Contact Manager is not showing in the toolbar. Please help! Lori
