When I start Outlook 2003, I receive the following error message:
"There was a problem connecting to the database engine. To try again, please
click Retry. If the problem persists, check Help.".
So I pressed Cancel and I have the following error message :
"Business contact manager cannot load all of your data. Please try again
later. Also, make sure you have permissions to access this data. If you're
unsure, check with your system administrator. "
I saw a Microsoft Article (click on
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;830318 for details)
about it but I can't
use it because I have Windows XP Home Edition so I don't have "Local users
and groups" in "Computer management".
Can you help ?
