I am working with Access 2000 on Windows 2000.
I have a very simple report that is tracking incidents. I am using a memo
field for 'Description'. In the report the Description field is set to "Can
Grow". When I run the report I can see all text that was entered into the
field.
The macro is suppose to take the report and convert it to MS-DOS Text and
send the text file as an attachment in email, (SendObject). The problem is
that the Description text is being truncated. The only way I can make this
work properly is to convert to Rich Text, then the entire field is
displayed.
Any suggestions on how to make this work in simple ascii text? I tried
modifying the page setup, playing with the format of the field, no luck.
Thanks,
Leslie
