Problem create site automatic from EPM

HI,
I am needing an aid for the following problem. I have installed the
Sharepoint, data base and Project server in separate servers, when control to
publish this project is not generated the site automatically. The
configurations are all correct ones. can help me?

If the configuration was correct, the system would be creating the sites.
So, we can safely assume that something is wrong. Unless you describe your
configuration in great detail, retrieve errors from the event logs and
report them here, there's very little we can do to help.

Ok, I expressed myself badly. It wanted to say that the screens of
configurations of the PWA "Site provisioning settings" and "Server
configuration" are configured correctly.
Errors in log of events are not generated.

It follows solution used in the resolution of my problem:

1) Run PROXYCFG.EXE and set the URL for WSS;

Proxycfg -d -p * "<local>; servername of WSS ; FQDN of WSS ; ipaddress of
WSS "

2) Check folder permissions;

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office Project Server 2003\Bin\Viewdrop

Authenticated users or at least all Project Managers and Administrators need
Read/Write to this directory on each server in the distributed deployment.

3) Apply the latest version and service pack of MSXML to each server hosting
Project Server services.

4) Set anonymous access on svr_stsadmin.asp in Internet Information Services
(IIS) Manager, Web Sites, Default Web Site (or the site hosting Project
Server), ProjectServer (or the name of your Project Server site), DOCLIB.
Right click svr_stsadmin.asp and select Properties, File Security, Edit
Authentication and access control, Enable anonymous access. Click OK and test.
