Problem Deleting a Resource in MSP Server 2003

MSP Server 2003: We are trying to delete resources from our Enterprise
Resource Pool. [Yes, we want to DELETE them from the ERP.] These resources
are no longer with the organization and are not assigned any tasks in current
projects (in fact some have been gone for more than a year). When I try to
delete a resource using PWA, Cleanup Project Server Database, Delete
Resource, I receive the following message:

VBScript Microsoft Project Web Acces 2003
Request Status: 107

The resource is gone from the Enterprise Resource Pool, but still shows
up on web access resources.

What does the message mean and how can I correct the problem?
