Problem deleting a timesheet period in PS 2007

Hello all,

We are trying to delete the timesheet periods we created. We were able to
delete most of the timesheet periods, but we seem to have a problem with two
of the timesheet periods. For some reason when we select either of these
periods the Delete button remains grayed out.

Anyone know why this is happening.

you need to delete the timesheets in these periods first.

Hi Dave,
You cannot delete defining timesheet periods after actual work has been
entered into a timesheet for the given time period.
The Delete button is grayed out if you select any timesheet period where
that period contains actual work entered within any timesheet.
