problem deleting messages in Outbox

Hey,
I have an email message in my Outbox that is over 1MB. When I tried to
send it, it said it was too big to send. So I tried to delete it. No luck. I
tried to open the message. No luck. It says it has already begun transmitting
the message, so I can't modify it. I have even tried completely uninstalling
MS Office. But when I reinstalled, the message was still there. I have
scanned and rescanned my computer with anit-virus, ad-aware, spy-ware, etc.,
so I know it's not that. What can I do to get rid of this email message.
