Hi
I wonder if anyone can help. I have tried everything to remove temp files
but I have been unable to do so. For the avoidance of any doubt. I have
followed the instruction on
http://www.gmayor.com/what_to_do_when_word_crashes.htm. I have no problem
finding the temp files. They just will not delete. Either I get the message
cannot delete source file. Or the screen freezes and then I get the message
not responding. I have tried opening the source file by right clicking the
temp file which takes me to all documents. The temp files are there but
still will not delete. For some, at least of the temp files I think that I
may have caused the problem by not closing the file properly. This has
occurred when I open a word file use it for a few minutes as a sort of note
pad then after deleting the text closed the document without saving, thinking
that it will be deleted because nothing has been saved. Big mistake, but now
I am left with a lot of temp files that will not delete.
Cheers
