Problem downloading GAL into Offline Address Book

I am unable to create an offline address book by
downloading my GAL. Although the GAL is accessible
online, when I try to download the OAB, I get an error
message (0X80004005)...When I try to manually download
the OAB from the Send/Receive menu, the Choose Address
Book dialogue lists only "Download Address Book List"
where it should read "/Global Address List". For some
reason, it's not pointing to the GAL as I think it should.

So, basically, I'm unable to create an offline address
book by downloading my GAL from the server.

Any ideas?
