problem embedding ppt object into Word

Hi,

I got a problem when embedding powerpoint 2002 object into
word 2002 documents.
Here are steps I'm following :

1. I Insert a ppt slide object in word
2. In this object, I create 2 flowcharts symbols
3. Then I link the 2 symbols with a double arrow connetor
4. I leave the object and continue typing my parahraph in
my document
Here is the surprise : The arrows are about 10 times
bigger than in the slide editor !! Happyly, the printout
is good.

Anyone knows a solution ??
