Problem entering my product ID into the registration window

I purchased a copy of MS office Standard 2007. I installed the code, now it
is asking for my product ID. I have the COA label and I assume one of the
numbers is the product ID. However when I try and enter the number, I get to
the number "5" and I cannot enter it. Is this a 20 digit number?

Where did you find that number? It is *not* on a label on the computer.

It should be on a yellow and white label that says Product key and has a
little picture of a key. (I'm looking at a Vista box and making an
assumption that Office keys are in the same location.) Open the case, turn
it around, the label should be stuck to the back of the inner section.)
