Problem Expanding Distribution Lists in Outlook 2007

I am running Office 2007 on a Windows XP xomputer. In Outlook, when I choose
a distribution list as a mail message receipient, I cannot expand the list.
The "+" appears to the left of the list, however when I click on it the "To:"
field goes blank. The strange this is that after clicking on the "+", scroll
arrows appear to the right of the "To:" field. Clicking on these arrows does
nothing. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!

How are you selecting the DL? By starting typing in the TO field or using
the TO button to open your OAB? If the former, you may have a damaged DL in
your cache. If yes, the next time you start that option, use the arrow key
to select the DL and press the delete button. Then use the TO button to
select the DL.
