Problem exporting data to comma delimited file

I am having a problem exporting data from Microsoft Access
2000 to a comma delimited text file. I am losing the
fractional portion of a field. I am not using an export
specification. This suddenly stopped working correctly.
This has been working correctly for years until recently.

Are there any settings that could have gotten
inadvertently changed?

Any help would be appreciated.
