Problem-getting networked computers to accept changes in exported address book

I finally got our address book updated and corrected and
rearranged to eliminate duplicate entries. It was our
intention to have only one person, me, make changes in the
address book and then export it as a WAB so that everyone
in the office has access to the corrected address book.
Everyone has access to the export; however, when they
import the new address book, it adds the new or corrected
email address, but does not delete the old ones. In other
words, does not change their old existing information,
just adds any new information that I have entered. This
results in duplicate entries for a contact. One is
correct; the others have old outdated information. How can
I correct this situation?

Exporting to a non-native format then reimporting is just a good way to lose
or corrupt data.
It appears you are asking for ways to synchronize Outlook data but failed to
designate what your network environment is and what your information store
is. Read up on your options here:
