John Bullen

Accounting Express 2007 has changed all of my 2008 Invoices & Bills to 2009.
I have not been able to obtain Telephone or email help to resolve problem.
The "email" path to contact a technician does not work. These records are
used for my Business and for Tax records. I need Technical assisstance.
Please contact me on 239-985-9519 and/or (e-mail address removed).

Thanks for your support.

John --

There are two problems with your post:

1. This newsgroup is dedicated to Microsoft Project and not Accounting
Express 2007.

2. This newsgroup is not for technical assistance from Microsoft. It is
entirely staffed by volunteers, and rarely does anyone from Microsoft read
this newsgroup or reply to the questions.

I'm sorry for your problem, as it sounds rather nasty. I think your best
course of action now is to call Microsoft Support and pull out your credit
card, and be prepared to pay for the help.
