Problem importing and saving .mpp file 200 to Project server 2003

I have many problem in migration from project 2000 to Project Server 2003.
The project actually use resurce pool with resorce that have particular
calendar. I have build the structure of resurce pool in Server. Now i try to
import or save the project but the import time is very long (30 min.)
Sometime Project crash. Some have this problem?

Luca --

Did you remember to disconnect the project from the shared resource pool
file before you attempt to import it into Project Server?
