problem importing/exporting

Hye,
I've been trying to import a CSV file into outlook 2007, but the
import/export option under the file menu is blocked (grey). I've just
installed it today, and the program seems to work fine other than that.
Does anyone have an idea?

In the installer , make sure you've chosen to include the "Importers and
Exporters". It should be a default selection, but it can't hurt to check.
