Problem importing into Access

I am an IT administrator for a company. We have Access
setup on a lot of our machines in the main office, but we
also have it set up on a Terminal Server for our remote
users.

Users in the office who attempt to import files of any
type have no problem. Importing an Excel or text file on
the Terminal Server causes the program to shutdown.
Importing an Access database can be done. We are using
Terminal Server on Windows 2000 Server, Office XP Pro
(although I believe that there have not been any SP's
applied).

Any help would be appreciated.
