problem importing xmlss - Worsheet Setting problem during load

trying to open an xmlss and I get a message problem during load and in the
text box it says:
Worksheet Setting
I sess the errors are listed in a file c:\documents and settings\xxx\local
settings\temporary internet files\content.MSO\580887f9/log but I can't find
that file. How can I determine what's wrong with my xml file?
