Problem in adding Resource Type to Portfolio server

Hi,

I have added Resource type to Portfolio server by Structure and Attribute &
indicator management -> Resource Management-> Resoruce Type Definition. And
then I associated the Resource Type to a portfolio by Resource Type
Association.

Now I added the Resource Type to Project Cost by Financial Management ->
Project Cost Managemnt -> Cost Structure Definition

When want to associate this resource type to Project cost, I am not able to
update the association. The resource type which i have added newly is
disabled. I am not able to select the check box for updating the association.

What wrong am I doing in this process?
