Problem in address book of outlook client

Hi,

We have Mail server installed in one office, and Exchange in other office,
so when we configure the account on mailserver office it will automatically
take the address book of Exchange server, but we need to install for local,
we are doing that,

After installing the local address it is not resolving the address of the
local employees but resolving the Exchange configured Employees. how to
resolve this issue
