Problem in Connection

Hi there,
i have an adp project (SQL Server 2000, Access 2002) . Users can connect
to server and run the program normally but sometimes when they exit the
program and want to run the program again a connection error arises.
When they restart the computer and run the program again there is no
problem. is there any setting for sql server that cause such this problem? I
don't think that the case is relatede to Advanced Server the Sql server is
running on because other application run normally.
Any idear?
