Problem in E-mail Accts Wiz leading to 2 "Show name as" buttons

My Outlook cannot handle reversing the name so "File as" is the reverse of
"Full name" when a name has degree letters such as M.D. or Ph.D.

Example: When the the "E-mail Accounts" wizard is configured correctly (and
it was; I checked it at least 4 times), the "Full name..." field should be
Joey Microsoft, M.D. and the "File as:" field should be Microsoft, M.D., Joey
or possibly Microsoft M.D., Joey (I tried it with and without the comma.).

Essentially, doctors of any kind will always be filed by thier first names.

Is this a bug? Whether it is or isn't a bug, is there a way to fix it that
a on-non-developer like me would be able to do? Should I forget it and type
it in the way I want it?

Please describe your problem more clearly and more accurately. What do you
mean by "File as" is the reverse of
"Full name" ? That could mean anything. What does the Email accounts Wizard
have to do with this? What does "cannot handle" mean? Exactly where are
names not appearing as you think they should?
Always provide your Outlook version when you post a question.

Sound a little defensive, Russ. No way am I going to waste anymore time on
this stupid, nonsensical, MS Excel bugginess. Good day, sir.

Defensive? Hardly. Posting a question clearly and accurately is the least
you can do. Saves us both a lot of time. You never mentioned we were talking
about Excel. That would have been nice to know.

Below is a direct quote (copy/paste).

<<My Outlook cannot handle reversing the name so "File as" is the reverse of

That tells you 90% of what you need to know if you are as you claim you are;
a Microsoft MVP. Maybe that should read "Most Vituperous Putz". Also, each
time you reply to my posts, I click "No" to the question at the bottom of the
post, "Did this post answer the question?" That could affect your status as
a Microsoft lackey, could it not?
