problem in gantt chart

Hi,

when the project manager click on project menu in the Project Web Access.all
projects are displaying but in one project the corresponding ghantt chart
pane is not showing project start or timescale in ghantt is not increasing
although project has done 33% .
pls reply me soon.

Basim --

Has the project manager of the one project actually published the project
after processing updates from team members? By this, I mean did he/she
click Collaborate - Publish - All Information after processing updates?
