problem in Importing the users in membership store with project se

Hi,

I am trying to configure forms authenticaion with project server 2007. while
importing users.xml in membership store, I am getting an error saying that
unable to connect to SQL server database. Please note that SQL server is
located on same computer.

Please help on the above issue.
