problem in outlook addin 2007

Hi ,
I have one outlook-addin and it was working fine with 2003 , it is not
working in 2007 . once i click on the add in button outlook is
crashing ..

and it is crashing in
CoCreateInstance(rclsid, pOuter, dwClsContext, __uuidof(IUnknown),
reinterpret_cast<void**>(&pIUnknown));

in file c:\program files\microsoft visual studio 8\vc\include
\comip.h ..
can any help me out

And the only thing you changed is upgrading to Outlook 2007?
Have you verified that the addin is compatible with Outlook 2007?

Go to the website of the vendor of the addin and see which version is
required to be compatible with Outlook 2007.
If it os not listed, contact the vendor differently.
