problem in outlook using systran web translator

in outlook every time start up , message -the add on D Program
files/systran/standard/proxlate.dll could not be installed or loaded.
This problem may be resolved by using detect and repair inthe help menu.

i have tried this with no sucess, has anyone else encountered this with we
translator

Is this add-in still installed? If not, you may need to remove the add-in
from Tools->Options->Other->Advanced->COM add-ins (or add-in manager).

If it is still active, I would contact the programmers of the software to
see if they know of any known conflicts, problems or resolutions.
