Problem in publishing web form

I tried to publish a web form. When I type in the information and click
submit, the error message is "page Not Found" "The page you tried to access
does not exist on this server..."
Could you please advise what can be the problem?

Does your web host support FrontPage Server Extensions?

Who hosts your site?

Do you have them installed?

Did you upload using HTTP uploading protocol or FTP? You must use HTTP.

Give us a link to the page where you have the form.

Are you using Vista or XP?

Yes. We have the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.
I have one host account but with 3 domain names. The first domain name works
but not the 2nd & 3rd one.
The web page is: www.fredastairedresses.com
It is located the same as my other domain name called: www.dancewearworks.com
I called the hosting company godaddy.com and they said once the host account
installed the FPSE, all the domain should have them.
I explained to them the problem and they don't think it is related to the
hosting account.
Please advise what else I can do.

If you are using FTP uploading, then that might be corrupting the FPSE. You
didn't say how you were uploading.
