problem in saving and publishing projects

Hi,

when the project manager wants to save or publish new project . the project
professional display a dialog box that .
" You dont have sufficient permission to perform required action . Please
contact your server administrator"

pls tell me what is the problem

Is this manager a member of multiple Groups in PWA, beyond the Project
Managers and Administrators groups? If so, in any of the Groups to which
this manager belongs, have you set any permission to Deny, either in the
Permissions or Global Permissions data grids? Let us know.
