Problem Inserting Audio Into Web Site Generated By PP

A question on behalf of a friend...

Want to insert a WAV file into a PP presentation and then create web page using PP.

Why doesnn't the WAV file play automatically if viewed in browser?

If I click button part of web page it does.

Does it need to be uploaded to a server to do this?
