Problem Installing MIIS SP1

This should be a simple thing to do but I am currently having problems
installing MIIS SP1 on my Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition MIIS Server. I
downloaded file name "Identity Integration Server Upgrade.msp" file from
Microsoft site. I copied file to local drive, doubled click on file, windows
Intaller then begins the install but it goes directly to the Finish dialog
windows that states that "MIIS SP1 was not successfully installed". systems
application log shows: Information: Event ID: 11729; Source: Msinstaller;
Product: MIIS--Configuraiton Failed.

Currently running MIIS 2003 Enterprise Edition Version 3.0.1012.0 on my
system and want to upgrade to MIIS SP1. Any recommendations would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.

Seems highly unlikely this question is about Microsoft Access database
software, the subject of this newsgroup. My recommendation would be to look
for a newsgroup devoted to IIS... I think you'll find more than one in the
microsoft.public... newsgroup hierarchy.
