problem installing MS office 2000 SP3

Hell
I did download and tried to install MS outlook 2000 SP3, downloading OK. installing NOK.
I am asked for inserting MS outlook 2000.
I only have the MS Office 2000 Small Business. How can I continue
All other updates for MS office 2000 I always and only did insert MS office 2000 SB

Can somebody help me
