Problem installing Ofc2003 SP1

When I attempt to install SP1, I get an error that PRO11.MSI cannot be
found. Even if I browse directly to this file, it still says it cannot find
it.

The original install is at a network administrative installation point, and
includes Critical Update 828041. The install is also chained with the
Remove Hidden Data tool. Would this cause a change in the PRO11.MSI file,
so it's not recognizable for performing automatic updates?
