Problem installing Office 2000 SR1a

When I run o2ksr1a, I accept the license conditions and
begin the donload of the 26Mb SR1 update. It stops with
an error box shortly after starting the download and logs
the following information in an error log file
named "Office 2000 SR-1 Setup(0001).txt", the conetnts of
which are pasted below.
