Problem installing Office Professional plus on XP via system accou

For the past few I have been trying to install Office Professional plus 2007
without success. Here is what I have done:

1.
Configured a network share and created an Office Pro Plus 2007 admin install
on it.

2.
Created a batch file that will connect to the UNC network share and install
Office Pro Plus on XP using the NT Authority/System account.

I am able to connect to the share and start the install but it always TANK.
The errors are as follows:

Event ID: 11708
User: NT Authority\System
Product: Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 -- Installation failed.

Install Log
Error: Failed to install product: C:\MSOCache\All
Users\{90120000-0011-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C\ProPlusWW.msi ErrorCode:
1635(0x663)

Does anyone have suggestions in solving this one?
