Problem installing Outlook COM addin - Please Help me!

I've got a COM object that works fine on the development machine but I'm having trouble getting it on other machines

I copy the .DLL file to the client machine and successfully run REGSVR32. The COM add-in then shows up inside the Addin manager inside outlook. But the control never loads and I get no errors or warning messages

Please help

I'm using VB6 to build the COM and want it to work on Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003.

Ok, I figured out my problem. I had Office 2002 on my development machine. Once I installed Office 2000 and rebuilt the COM object I was able to get it deployed.
