Problem installing Project Server 2003

[Steve]

During our attempt to install MS Project Server, we received this error and
the product proceeded to reverse the installation. Any ideas of the cause of
this problem and ways to overcome it are greatly appreciated.

Steve:

The error is from SQL server. It indicates that you might have an
authentication issue in accessing the database.
