Problem integration SPS 2003

Hi,
We have a big problem with SPS 2003 and Project Server. When, We want add
risk to project, Error: "Object Expected".

Components: Server A: SQL Server and SPS 2002
Server B: Project Server ...

We have installed WSSWizard in Server A, but Doesn't Work

Any Ideas?
