Hi,
In Outlook 2003, I composed a Meeting Request and selected online meeting
using Microsoft NetMeeting. It filled in the correct directory server (I
could log on using NetMeeting to that directory server) and the correct
organizer's e-mail. Subsequently I send it and the recipient accepted.
Everything worked fine so far.
However when the time came, I started NetMeeting and waited, when the
recipient clicked Start NetMeeting, it complained that that the organizer was
not found. When the recipient logged on to the directory server manually, I,
the organizer, was not found in the directory.
However when both of us started NetMeeting and logged on to the directory
server (without going through Outlook 2003), both names appeared in the
directory.
How do I get this to work the same way via Outlook 2003? We are in a
corporate environment and I confirmed that there were no restrictions on
NetMeeting other than sending and receiving audio and video.
Thanks.
