Problem loading Office 2000

I have a CD set that I've previously loaded on a Windows Me laptop and a
Windows XP desktop. I now have a new Windows XP laptop and, when I finish
loading the primary disks for Office 2000, I only get Access loaded. Also
some misc programs that I don't expect to use. I can't find how to get Excel
or Word onto the computer. I see Word on the source disk, but can't get it
to downlad and work. I can't find Excel, but believe that it must be on the
source disks somewhere.

I've removed and reloaded the Office 2000 CD's twice. Nothing chnages.

Did you select those options when you started your install of Office 2000 in Custom Install mode. Or they were not selected.?

Sorry to have had everyone looking this up. I've looked closer at how I was
downloading my CD. The programs to install/remove files gave me the
access.exe file and I assumed it was the disk file as I had loaded on 2
previous computers. I got everything loaded, but had to check the "browse"
feature to be sure of what I was really downloading. I didn't have to do
that before. Thorpie

Have you tried a repair? Put the installation CD in and check out the
options. One of them allows you to add additional components.
