Problem Logging onto Project Web Access

I am having problems logging into my project web access site. I just
installed the software, and now want to configure it. I did all the steps
outlined in the insytlaltion guide, including enabeling basic authentication
for both the project site and the MSADCS.dll file. WHat happens is I open
the configuration website, it askes for my credentials, which then gets me
to the project web access logon screen. My server is stanadalone (ie, all
accounts are local), so I enter in my ID/password in the formation
servername\userid, and then my password, it says I do not have permissions
to log on. I did the instaltion under my ID, and told project that my id
was the administrator during the install. Any ideas how to get in?

During the installation, it asked you to enter a password for the
administrator account.
Log in as "administrator", using the password you entered during
installation.
Once you've logged in as administrator, you can then add your own account
and give it administrator permissions.
