Hello,
I've got Outlook 2002 SP3. I followed the instructions in KB291626 so I can
manage multiple accounts while only logged into 1 account. Using the
terminology of that KB article, I'm having problems viewing the contacts
folder of account B while logged in as account A.
I have access to account B contacts, but only some of the contacts are
displayed. If I log in to account B, all 15 contacts are listed in the
contacts folder, but when logged in on account A, only 7 of the 15 contacts
are listed, beginning with letter F. The 8 contacts beginning with A-E are
not visible. Clicking on the A in the alpha list on the right hand side of
the screen doesn't help, and there is no horizontal scroll bar on the bottom
to scroll to the left so I can see contacts A-E.
Why aren't account B contacts A-E showing while I'm logged in as account A?
And how can I get them to show? Thanks.
Mark
