My enviroment is WinNT and using Excel97 SR2
I have an excel file put in a file server, without set any
file protection or choose any "share workbook" properties.
I have opened it and then get the read and write. Then, my
colleague also open it from his workstation. In normal
case, he should open a read-only file. However, the read-
only message window did not prompt out, rather, he can get
the read-write access. And then, when I try to save that
excel file after modification, I was fail to do so, even,
cannot save as another file name. That means I have lost
all the modification I have made!
Do you have any idea about that problem?
