Problem of Access 2000 and Access 97 installed in the same computer

We can not import Excel Spreadsheet into Access 2000
database when both version of Access 2000 and 97 installed
at the same time. The symptom is no import wizard lauched
when you click the Excel file. But this happened only on
Excel file so far. If you import access table it works
well.
