Problem of "Save replies with original message"

Hi All,

I have a problem of enabling outlook feature "In folders other than the
Inbox, save replies with original message" on different version of Outlook as
described below when I've configured to open two or more email accounts.

Below are the common settings on different version of Outlook:
Mail system:Exchange server enterprise 2003 (Eng) installed on Windows 2003
R2 standard (Eng)
Client's settings: 1.Outlook2000, 2002 and 2003 installed on traditional
chinese Windows XP Prof. 2. Open two mail accounts at the same times!
3.Enable "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original
message"!

Case I (Outlook 2000)
The forwarded/replied message saved on the folder of the default mail account where the message resided. However, when I did it on the folder resided at another mail account, the forwarded/replied message remained on the Outbox of the default mail account forever even though the message had already sent out!
After update to Outlook 2000 SP2, the forwarded/replied message saved on the folder of the default mail account where the message resided. However, the forwarded/replied message saved on the sent item of the default mail account when I tried to do it on a folder resided at another mail account.

Case II (Outlook 2002)
The forwarded/replied message saved on the folder of the default mail account where the message resided. However, when I did it on the folder resided at another mail account, the forwarded/replied message remained on the Outbox of the default mail account until I forced it to send by clicking "Send/Receive", even though the message had already sent out!

Case III (Outlook 2003 with SP2)
The forwarded/replied message saved on the folder of the default mail
account where the message resided. However, the forwarded/replied message
always saved on the sent item of the default mail account when I tried to do
it on a folder resided at another mail account.

I found that the problem always came out after update service pack!

Thanks in advance,

Tin
