Problem on Adjust Scale on drawing

After I imported a drawing from CAD, its scale is 1 to 4000. In fact, the
correct scale should be 1 to 100. (1 cm. in the drawing = 100 cm. actual)

I attempt to change th CAD Drawing Properties but it just change the setting
of "zoom". If I put 1 to 100, the drawing become very large to put in a
page.

Anyone can help?

Visio 2003 (and 2002) have a bug in the CAD object, which has been fixed for
Visio 2007.
In 2003, the only way I could change the scale was to apply a multipliction
factor to the emedded CAD object using the Size and Position window.
