Problem on connectting to Project Server from Project 2003

When I start project professional,input my password and click GO,It tell me

Can't Connect.
Project Professional can't connect to the Project server.
And it says maybe I not connect to net and so so .

But why? I can use the Project Web Access.

Go to Microsoft downloads site and download the editsite tool for Project
Server. Install the tool and run it. When you do, use the test button and
let us know what you see.

I have download the EditSite tool and it indicates that the problem is on the database
xxx: Passed
xxx: Passed
Database: Failed

and below the result information is:
The Project user is not a members of MSProjectRole.

So what is the problem?

Use the tool to make sure that the correct account and password is entered for each role in the EditSite tool. In SQL Enterprise Manager, make sure that each account is assigned to the proper role in the database. You've stumbled across an installation bug.
